why i focus on people in their 20's

i want to have impact as a coach. your 20's sets so many things going that can last a lifetime. it's where i can make a real contribution.

so much of the promise of youth, good heartedness, ideals and hopes can be whittled away in early adulthood. i want to help you hang on to the good stuff.

i struggled in my 20's. a coach, anyone to talk to, would have helped. immensely.

family or ancestral influence

What's important?

We examine the issues, longings, choices & disappointments that brought you here?

facing up to choices

Time to choose

Choices, choices. Which way to go? And if you go one way, be fully aware of what you are, not, choosing. Explore all the options. Where to live, the job you really want, the friends you want to keep, and not! Some young adult choices echo through your life. At some point you have to choose, or life and others may choose for you.

fishing for dreams

The life you long for

Life shrinks us, so let's dream big to start off.

This isn't fantasy, this is feeling into the life you really want to live, even if it seems impossible from where you are right now.

tools for life

Tool up, team up

You already have some life skills and tools. At different times in your journey, new challenges might arise. What else do you need help with for your plan, right now, or coming up? Who are the people that are going to help you, and who are you better off without? Time to tool up and team up.

what we fear holds us back

Here be monsters

Oops! Looks like someone said you can't have what you want, or you're scared of going after it, or what will happen, if you do. We have a hundred scary monsters in our heads saying NO. Let's get clear on what is holding you back.

reaching your goals

Keep going

The good days, the not so good days, and the run of the mill days. Keep adjusting as you go, using the new skills and helpers in your life.

Check in with your plan following your own values and aspirations. And if you take a knock (it's life, right!), re-adjust and keep going.

GEN Z

Gen Z is often accused of wanting career and lifestyle options they haven't earned.  A generation demanding integrity, accountability and purpose from the work place.

Sut is GenZ really different from those before! Gen Z draws on values and ideals that have been around decades, including alternative approaches to health, spirituality and well being. Then add a commitment to fairness and inclusion, environmental awareness and demand for work-life balance. All empowered by more ease with technology than older generations.

A generation that has to cope with the assumption they will be more well-off than their parents, with many living at home longer than previous cohorts.

And all this in increasingly stressful times.  Coaching has got to help!    DISCOVERY CALL HERE
