WHY COACHING

There are many reasons to spend time with a coach. These can change over time.

Coaching can help find purpose and shape a life with meaning. It can help you bring your ‘other world’ or ‘spiritual’ values into the day to day of your regular life, so they are together not separate.

Coaching offers support and tools to help develop self awareness, resilience and a sense of well-being.

Choices! About work, where to live, relationships, not just romantic ones, but things and people you might have to let go. Sifting through these, and getting them in order, is a big part of early adulthood. Here's where coaching can help.

Did we mention Money! Even when it's not a worry, getting clear about your relationship with money and your own self worth is a journey to explore with a coach.

How do you make the best of what you have. How do you get a plan together that is going in the direction you hunger for, and how do you break it into achievable steps.

Self confidence. Not everyone has it, especially when you have limited experience. Imposter syndrome, especially in new situations, can really undermine you despite talent and achievements

Coaching around specific issues, perhaps in work or relationships, can shift your attitudes, give you skills and shift the outcome.

Coaching tends to have a natural life it is not for ever. A lot can be achieved in 2 or 3 months. A one off deep- dive is also away to get perspective and make a plan, especially on a specific issue.

Having a coach is not a sign of weakness, rather a commitment to yourself, to working out the life you truly desire and walking towards it. It is how to make the best of your life.

WHY CHOOSE ME AS YOUR COACH

I have a deep commitment to working with people at your stage of life. Not just because decisions you make 'adulting' can stay with you for years, but because I am committed to bringing out the gifts each one of us has, but the world is sometimes not so friendly towards.

And I know my own life would have been different if I had a coach or someone to chat to back then.

I can help you find purpose in your world by weaving your own spiritual principals into the life you lead. I know this is important for more and more people. I have 3 decades of  study with indigenous teachers to draw on.

Everyone is different, but a lot of the issues I coach are similar, helping me gain expertise.

A ‘real world’ perspective, grown from my own struggles & success in the suited & booted business world, positions me to help you translate your ideals into practicalities.

As part of my commitment to you, I will challenge you, and your self-talk, so you can become the person inside trying to find expression. Don’t come to me for an easy time.

Being old(er) means I bring a broad perspective on life, informed by multiple ups & downs, my own and others.

Oh, and of course I’ve done formal coaching training.

GEN Z

Here is a typical take on Gen Z. I wonder if you relate?

Is your generation really different from those before! Gen Z draws on values and ideals that have been around a while, including alternative approaches to health, spirituality and well being. Then add a commitment to fairness and inclusion, environmental awareness and demand for work-life balance. All empowered by more ease with technology than older generations.

A generation that does not assume they will be more well-off than their parents, as evidenced by decreased home ownership and/or living in the parental home for longer.

Gen Z wants to see their values, especially diversity, inclusion, environmental awareness and desire for life-purpose included in the work they do. However, these values and attitudes to work often seem to go against more traditional practices in the  workplace.

SOUNDS EXPENSIVE !?!

To make this easier we offer a 50% discount on your first two session.
